I have been teaching the Pilates exercise techniques for over 9 years; undertaking an instructor and personal training course in my early forties. I wanted to run my own business and like many people wanted this to fit around my family but I also wanted to do something I felt passionate about and enjoyed. I can honestly say I absolutely love my work and haven’t looked back since.
Pilates is part of my daily life and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I find teaching and training both on an individual basis and to my group classes such a pleasure; it so rewarding helping people quite literally to feel good about themselves through this unique form of exercise!
